Meaning - Gist
Lord kOdaNDa pANi - praised by this tyAgarAja - is holding Court together with His consort sItA, to the exultation of the mind.
The celestial damsels and eight-fold siddhis are extolling Him; sItA looks as if ridiculing a thousand hued golden climbers; they both look similar to the conjunction of Moon and rOhiNi.
Come, let us behold them so that our past actions (controlling our destiny) could be quelled.
