Alakinci rAni ninnu (nEnu-endu)
O Lord hari! Where will I search for You (ninnu) who –
did not come (rAni) heeding (Alakinci) the appeal (moranu) (moranAlakinci) of even that (A) brahmA – the four (nAlgu) headed (mOmula-vAni)?

O Lord hari! Remaining here (ilalO) (literally World) as -
an impure (kalusha) minded (AtmuDai) (kalushAtumuDai),
a person given to (yutuDai) (literally with) evil deeds (dush-karma),
often (palumAru) a foul-mouthed (dur-bhAshiyai), and
a pretender (vEshiyai) (literally donning the garb) as the foremost (agrEsarula) of devotees (bhakta) (bhaktAgrEsarula),
O Lord worshipped (pUjita) by this tyAgarAja! where will I search for You?

General – The name of rAga is as given in the book 'Compositions of Tyagaraja' by Sri TK Govinda Rao. However, in other books, it is given as 'harikAmbhOji'.

"As brahmA, celestials, Lords of directions and others, could not happen to behold You in the Ocean of Milk, their jobs could be accomplished only when they, assembling together, entreated You."
This, probably, refers to pleading of brahmA and others for incarnation of Lord vishNu in order to kill rAvaNa – SrImad-vAlmIki rAmAyaNa, bAla kANDa, Chapter 15.
