O My Mind! That human birth alone is the real birth in which –
having established (celaga jEsikoni) the Lord in the splendid (SrImat) golden (kanaka) pedestal (pIThamuna) of mind (mAnasa) (SrIman-mAnasa),
one worships Him with flowers of best (vara) and auspicious (Siva) names of ‘rAma’.

on the holy (vara) altar (vEdikapai) of precious jewels (nava ratnapu) called (anE) nAda and svara (svaramu) (svaramanE),
with the the flowers of the names of 'rAma' – the adornment (bhUshaNuni) of the heart (hRt) (hRd-bhUshaNuni) of this tyAgarAja.

1 – Siva rAma – In some books, the word ‘Siva’ has been taken to mean ‘Lord Siva’. In my opinion, the word qualifies ‘Lord rAma’; therefore, the meaning derived is ‘auspicious’.
2 – nAda svara – please refer to kRti mOkshamu galadA, wherein SrI tyAgarAja states 'praNava nAdamu sapta svaramulai paraga' – OMkAra nAda manifests as seven svaras.
