O Lord SrI hari! O Lord hari! Slighting (cauka cEyuTa) me (nannu) and all (such acts) (ella) (cEyuTella), in the midst of my compeers (sarivArilO), is not noble for Ocean (nidhi) (nidhiki) of compassion (karuNA) like (aNTi) You (nIvu) (nIvaNTi).

Isn’t it (kadA) famous (kIrti) that (ani) there is no (kaladu) (kaladani) differentiation (tAratamyamunu), for the great (ghanuDaina) dASarathi (dASarathikE), as (anE) own people (tana vArulu) and others (anyulu) (vArulanyulanE)?
It is not noble for person like You who is worshipped (pUjita) by Siva (tyAgarAja) - friend (sakhuDagu) of kubEra (dhanada) - to remain (uNDEdi) without protecting (brOvaka) (brOvakuNDEdi) me (nannu) who has not learnt (nErani) to remain separated (bAya) from You (ninu).

Variations - (Pathanthara)
1 – tAratamyamunu – This is how it is given in all the books; in one book, 'tAratamyamu munu' is given as an alternative. In the present context, either it should be ‘tAratamya’ or ‘tAratamyamu’ and not 'tAratamyamunu'. The alternative version 'tAratamyamu munu' does not sound very convincing.
