Deign to understand the inner yearning of my mind.
There is none else excepting You!
It is not great that You earlier governed me always kindly as the affectionate Lord; kindly hold my hand at this moment.

2nIvE kAni vErevaru lEru – This can be interpreted in two ways 'there is no one else excepting You' (to protect me) or 'there is no one else (in my mind) excepting You'. As has been noted below, this kRti being in 'nAyaki bhAva', the latter version seems to be more appropriate.
3nA karamu paTTu – hold my hand – literally means 'marry me'. This kRti is in 'nAyaki bhAva'
