Meaning - Gist
O Lord rAma! O Lord who charms the mind! O Lord with eyes of cakOra in blissful excitation (drunk with moon beams)! O Lord who has jasmine like teeth! O Moon Faced! O Lord of beautiful body! O Lord praised by this tyAgarAja!

The state of mind of other women, on whom none has set eyes, is not known to others. Beholding Lord Siva, wives of Rshis of the dAruka forest, brought infamy in this World by exceeding the bounds. Therefore, there is no need to find fault with the virgins.

brought (kalga jEsirE) infamy (apadUru) in this World (bhuvini) (bhuviniyapadUru) by exceeding (mIri) the bounds (mEra)?
