Variations - (Pathanthara)
1 – jaya jaya – jE jE.
3 – aga rAjAtmaja – This is how it is given in all books. However, as this refers to pArvati – in my opinion, it should be ‘AtmajA’ (feminine gender) (aga rAjAtmajA).
In some books, pallavi is given as caraNa 1.
In some books, the order of caraNas is changed.

2 – paripUrNa - the term is indefinable. However, the following upanishad SlOka is relevant –
OM pUrNam-adaH pUrNam-idaM pUrNAt pUrNam-udacyatE |
pUrNasya pUrNam-AdAya pUrNam-Eva avaSishyatE ||
