O Lord who wears (dhara) River gangA! O Brave One (dhIra)! O Slayer (samhAra) of chief (pungava) enemies (ripu) of celestials (nirjara) (literally non-ageing)!
O Lord who causes (kara) auspiciousness (mangaLa)! O Destroyer (bhanga) of three Fortresses (pura)! O Lord who holds (vidhRta) (in hand) the charming (su) deer (kuranga)!
O Bee (bhRnga) hovering over the heart (hRdaya) Lotus (abja) (hRdayAbja) of those who are dear (Apta) (sukurangApta)! O Auspicious (Subha) limbed (anga) (SubhAnga)!
