daya rAdu-EmO SrI rAma
O Lord SrI rAma! It seems that (EmO) if one, without (lEka) refuge (dari) or shelter (dApu) prays (vEDitE)(to You), You wouldn’t show mercy (daya rAdu) (rAdEmO).

It seems that (EmO) You would show mercy (karuNinci) and protect (brOtuvu) (brOtuvEmO) only if one is endowed with (kaligitE) elephants (kari) and wealth (dhanamulu).
O Lord SrI rAma! It seems that if one, without refuge or shelter, prays to You, You wouldn’t show mercy.

That (ala) day (nADu) You protected (brOcitivi) prahlAda – son (bAluni) of hiraNya kaSipu – enemy (vairi) of celestials – non-ageing (nirjara) – by finding (jUci) him; but (gAni),
when I lovingly (valaci) trust (nammitE) Your holy feet (padamula), did it occur (tOcenA) to You to grant (I) my desire (varamu) (literally boon) (varamI)?
O Lord SrI rAma! It seems that if this tyAgarAja (tyAgarAju), without refuge or shelter, prays to You, You wouldn't show mercy.
Notes
Variations - (Pathanthara)
3 – kaligitE – kalgitE.
4 – tOcenA – tOcunA. If ‘tOcunA’ is correct, then it will be translated as ‘would it occur’.

Comments
1 – EmO – sarcasm.
2 – kari dhanamulu – Going by the example of prahlAda given in the caraNa, it seems SrI tyAgarAja is ridiculing the Lord that He protects only those who are well-to-do.
